1989
Incorporation of PALFINGER Inc. and PALFINGER Industries in Niagara Falls, Canada. PALFINGER Industries Inc. owned the building and was set up to do the manufacturing of the PALFINGER Knuckle Boom Cranes.

1991
- The Niagara Falls 25,000 sq. ft. building was finished.
- Mrs. Christine Court started that very same year her full-time employment with PALFINGER as accountant.

1993
Installation of new management – Mr. Mark Woody – as Director of Sales & Marketing.

1999
First launch of the Crayler Truck Mounted Forklift product.

2000
- North American market introduction of Palift Hook-lifts and PSC Service Crane models.
- Incorporation of PALFINGER USA Inc. Mr. Mark Woody becomes President of US Operations.
- Acquisition of Tiffin Loader Crane

2001
- Mr. Mark Woody becomes President of PALFINGER North America
- Moved into new 60,000 sq. ft. building in Tiffin, Ohio (PALFINGER USA & Tiffin Loader Crane) with state-of-the-art installation and service capabilities.

2002
-A 10,000 sq. ft. expansion of the Niagara Falls facility was completed for Assembly process.

2003
-PALFINGER PK Crane assembly started in Niagara Falls.

2005
-A 10,000 sq. ft. expansion of the Niagara Falls facility was completed for North American Parts Center.
-PALFINGER University begins training sessions in new Tiffin Training Center, offering sales and technical training to employees, dealers and end-customers.

2007
-PALFINGER Crayler forklift assembly started in Tiffin, Ohio
-PALFINGER aquires MBB Interlift - one of the global leaders in tail lift manufacturing

2008
-A 26,300 sq. ft. expansion of the Niagara Falls facility was completed for assembly of 36 to 85 mt cranes, a new testing area, office areas and more space for the spare parts center.
-A new region was formed within the framework of Area North America called Region Central America that will include the countries of Mexico, Central America, Panama, Columbia, Venezuela, Ecuador and The Caribbean.
-PALFINGER acquires Omaha Standard and Omaha Standard Distribution - an industry leader in the manufacturing of truck bodies, hoists, liftgates and accessories.
