KTL
KTL – the cataphoretic dip paint system. The shot-blasted crane parts are covered in zinc phosphate in an immersion process and coated electro-statically. The subsequent two-component top coating of paint provides a surface protection which in the past was common only in the automotive industry.

Outrigger Spread
The large 21’8” outrigger spread helps to stabilize the truck, providing 360°stability in most front mount configurations.
Hoses
Hoses are routed through durable energy chains in well supported trays.

Forks
The 6000 lb. capacity folding forks are robust yet light weight.

Catwalk Platform
A full wrap-around catwalk platform with ladders provides easy access to the topseat.

Extension Cylinders
Extension cylinders are well protected inside the outer boom. The outer boom is oversized for minimum deflection and twist.

Oil Cooler
An optional oil cooler prolongs the life of the hydraulic system.

One Function Hose Reel
An optional one function hose reel delivers oil to the boom tip without increasing the width of the boom.
Hydraulic Rotator
An optional hydraulic rotator gives greater flexibility in placing loads.
Stabilizer Jacks
The stabilizer jacks are sized for maximum ground clearance and departure angle on the truck.
