| In designing the CRAYLER forklifts, PALFINGER engineers started from the ground up to build a better, next generation truck-mounted forklift. They took proven advantages to the new levels of safety, performance and service with features that set CRAYLER apart from its competition. |

Steering System CRAYLER’s steering system allows a 180° wheel turn. It can circle in its own ‘shorter’ radius – for unrivaled operating flexibility in tight spaces. The hydraulic controls are amazingly fast and smooth. Speed, torque, braking and direction change are simply controlled by two pedals. |

4 Cylinder DEUTZ 64 HP Diesel Engine The air cooled 4 cylinder DEUTZ 64 HP diesel engine is one of the most powerful on the market and highly fuel efficient. Engine temperature is controlled for optimum performance. The built-in pre-heater ensures easy starts in winter. |

Synchronized 3-wheel Drive All three tires the same size and rotation speed means reduced wheel spin, improved climbing and rough terrain capability, better balance and a smoother ride with less site surface damage. Twin-lock wheel motors deliver more power to the ground. |

3 Pump Hydraulic Drive The 3-pump hydraulic drive system allows wheels, mast and steering to operate independently – enabling the CRAYLER to power itself outo f deep mud or sand without stalling. A hydraulic oil cooler extends the life of oil seals ensuring long operating service without losing performance. |

Large Stabilizer Pads Large stabilizer pads that lower straight down (vs at an angle) give a more stable footing and allow the CRAYLER to move-in closer for the lift. It can actually operate wheel-to-wheel with the truck – to load and unload materials. On the move, the cylinders retract into the frame so they don’t get caught on curbs or rough terrain |

Center Seat Positioning Center Seat Position (vs side seat positioning) gives the operator easier on-and-off access, a more stable feel and much better view for judging load centers or mounting the truck. Controls are in front, and the foot area is large with plenty of legroom. |
| |
Auto-activated Brake The brake is auto-activated by hydraulic pressure loss or engine shut-off. And the unit will not start without the parking brake engaged. |

Heavy Duty Integrated Components The main from (welded, high-tensile steel) is part of the operator station and integrated with the roll cage. Bolt-in carriage bearings are easy to replace and eliminate vibration. Attached wider-diameter bronze wear pads ensure parallel travel, minimize wear on channel sections and eliminate undesirable angular loads on cylinders, bearing and pins. The integrated side shift is independent from tilt, so forks remain level at all times. |

53” Overhang The CRAYLER’S 53” overhang is the shortest truck-mount overhand in the industry, making it easier and safer to transport on busy streets and around corners. |
| |
Light Weight The CRAYLER’s light weight puts less stress on the truck or trailer and allows more payload per trip. |
