PALFINGER has therefore been attaching great importance to professionally run courses for years in order to train employees, general representatives and service partners in all product areas to become technically competent specialists. The newly built training centre in Bergheim is equipped with the latest training and presentation technology and provides a warm and friendly atmosphere. |

Intensive service training programs are also held on a regular basis with PALFINGER dealers throughout North America. Service personnel at over 100 authorized workshops are trained on maintenance, hydraulics, electrics and trouble-shooting issues for all PALFINGER products. Service is a leading priority for PALFINGER, with significant investment made in training as well as Mobile Service Programs. Together with the Spare Parts Department, every piece of PALFINGER equipment is fully supported, minimizing downtime.
In Ontario, PALFINGER provides 0-8 Operator Training and Certification on cranes with a maximum lifting capacity of 8 tonne.
We also use other experts from our company as trainers for special courses. The informative training manuals are available to the participants in several languages both during the course and later as a practical reference in digital form or as hard copy.
